Ladies Self-defense

 

We train our ladies to “Fight, Defense and Protect” themselves when met up with “BAD” situation. Most of the time, guys are usual stronger and bigger size then girls. We train our girls to use wits instead of muscles to counter them. We have unique techniques of Arms lock, Unlock and Counter locks. Apart from that, our lesson also includes Martial Arts skills such as punching and kicking. In short, Ladies self-defense is an all-rounded training. Lesson will be fun and interesting but only for ladies. We encourage students to be more interactive and share their experience with our instructor to enhance a better learning environment.
